Website development wearementor.pro

We recently worked on the web development of our sister company "WeAreMentor", a logo and brand design studio for those looking to find the conceptualisation and visual perception that sets them apart.

Working hand in hand with a team specialising in graphic design allowed us to achieve an almost perfect site. And when I say -almost- it is because no site is ever complete, there will always be details to improve, to add, to polish; details that become apparent in the process of user interaction and in observing what Google thinks of it. All websites evolve.

However, there are key elements that need to work in perfect balance and that is what we built as a team with our web design and programming specialists and WeAreMentor designers.

What do we mean by those elements that create balance in a site?

Focusing only on SEO can make the site's copy boring and flat, however, focusing only on persuasive content can cause Google not to index us as we would like and, finally, focusing on appearance, leaving aside the above, no matter how aesthetically pleasing a site may be, would be useless.

On the other hand, at Istratega we put full emphasis on UI/UX design, i.e. user interface and user experience. The user experience is the first impression the potential customer has and whether he likes the site or not. Also, if they don't understand what the site is about or don't find the information quickly, they will abort the mission. It is important to guide the user in a very clear way, even if it seems obvious and obvious to you what the next step is.
The potential customer must find everything without much effort or he will leave your site and go to the competition.

Each element to be included in the visual mock-up should have clear reasons or a reason for being where they are. With each site we imagine how the customer would see it to get as close as possible to the experience they might have when looking for your service or product.

Web Design Agency

In the case of this website, we wanted to show something that would show off the graphics that are so important for a design studio, while at the same time achieving good coding and speed, which can be a challenge when the site has so much graphic or visual content.

Web Design Agency

We achieved the balance of finishing a dynamic and creative site, but without losing sight of the user experience and without losing sight of a site that is more of a piece of art, but does not convert. We were able to work in a perfect team because of all the quality material they generated, such as: the identity or style guide, the visual design, colours, typographies, etc. All of this in a creative way. All this in a creative way, but without losing sight of the simplicity and familiarity that a person can feel when navigating it.

Another key element was the clarity of the sections and services offered. Although this site was constructed in such a way that all sections can be viewed on a single page, the user has the option to view a static menu that displays each of the sections, giving greater clarity to the user.

Each page of the site needs a clear purpose and must include a call to action (CTA), buttons or texts that generate sales potential. It is important to highlight them, leaving white space so that they are visible and stand out from the rest of the texts so that the user always has the option to click to contact you or quote a project, as is the case of the WeAreMentor site.

In addition, a good copy on the site can make all the difference. Persuasive copy has a direct influence on readers, seeking to capture their attention quickly, conveying a clear message about what the company is, what it does, why it does it and how it can help potential customers. Words are a way to connect with the reader.

So, as you can see, there really isn't just one element to a good website. The best website is made up of all the above elements and many more that are hidden from the user, such as SEO - on page (Search Engine Optimisation) and everything that Google takes into account to make you stand out organically.

With this development example you can see how we achieved an aesthetic, creative, clear page with the potential to generate calls to action and convert customers looking for branding and graphic identity development, as well as a very fast site; a factor that search engines consider most important nowadays.

Website speed:

As you can see the wearementor.pro site achieved a 96% speed rate.
